We are all unique. Everyone of us has inherent strengths that make us who we are. Knowing, appreciating and acting through those strengths makes us feel energized and “in flow”.

What if we found out what we are really good at and live that version of us, instead of trying to fix perceived weaknesses, fulfilling external expectations or living someone else's life?

Discovering your strengths through the CliftonStrengths® Assessment can give you a new sense of direction and confidence, as well as a boost in happiness, greater performance, fulfillment - and ultimately higher life satisfaction.

This Guided Strengths Program is designed to guide you on your journey of understanding, internalizing, appreciating and applying your strengths in your professional and personal life in a group of likeminded people, learning and exploring together.

This program is for you if you

  • are finally taking that sabbatical to figure out what you really, really want in life, and looking for clues on how to find your broader purpose.

  • see everyone else’s qualities and strengths around you so clearly, but struggle to name your unique abilities and long for a bit more confidence.

In this program you will

  • Establish a deep understanding of your CliftonStrengths® Assessment* and your own unique set of strengths.

  • Internalize and identify with your superpowers and how they show up in your daily life.

  • Find out what weaknesses are and how to navigate them based on your strengths.

  • Apply your strengths to challenges you are currently facing and experience how you can tackle them with energy and confidence.  

  • Find ways to make your strengths part of your everyday life.  

  • Get to know about the history and philosophy behind the strengths-based approach. 

  • Connect with a group of like-minded people and me during your strengths journey through our joint group sessions and complementary coaching calls. 

*this program requires you to take GALLUP®'s CliftonStrengths® assessment. If you haven’t done the assessment yet, no worries, it’s included in the package and I will send you an access code after you signed up.

What's included in the program?

6 weeks joint Strengths Journey with a small community

Together with a max. of 8 participants we’ll be on a journey of understanding, exploring, claiming and applying our own unique strengths. Besides our joint online sessions, we’ll have an exclusive WhatsApp Group to exchange beyond the sessions.

Access to my signature online course

You’ll get full access to my online course “The Unlock Your Strengths course” with over 2 hours of personally recorded videos, divided into 6 modules to help you gain new insights and perspectives on your strengths.

10 Reflection Exercises

Each module of the online course comes with one to three exercises for self-reflection, explained in a dedicated video per exercise filled with real life examples and easy to follow instructions. We will review these exercises in our group online sessions.

4 Online Group Sessions

We will meet four times over the course of the program in 1.5 hours online group sessions, to deepen the learning from the online course, benefit from peer exchange and ask any questions you might have!

Individual 1:1 Coaching Session

Book one 1:1 strengths coaching session with me (60mins online via Zoom or in Zurich) during the program to dive even deeper into your individual strengths profile and gain new insights into your superpowers.

1 Workbook

Exclusively designed workbook for the program including all 10 exercises from the 6 modules of the online course for you to reflect, take notes and create a visual reminder of your strengths journey.

Program structure

CliftonStrengths Assessment

Complete the CliftonStrengths® Assessment and get your full strengths report before the start of the program. The assessment is included in the program package.

Time investment: ~30 minutes

Unlock Your Strengths Course

You will get access to my signature online course “Unlock Your Strengths” and can go through the 6 different modules in your own time, including reflection exercises and a workbook. The modules will be published in sequence over the 6 weeks of the program and will include:

#1 Name it! Know your strengths
#2 Your dominant strengths & domains
#3 Strengths overuse and weaknesses
#4 Claim it! Own your strengths
#5 Aim it! Apply your strengths
#6 Making it stick!

Time investment: 6 x ~1 hour

Online Group Sessions

Take part in the four online group sessions to deepen the learning from the online course, benefit from peer exchange and ask any questions you might have. The sessions will take place on Zoom for 1.5 hours over lunch time (12.00-1.30 pm CET) on the following days:

Individual 1:1 Coaching

During the course of the program you can book an additional 1:1 coaching session with me whenever it is most convenient for you.

Your program trainer

I was always intrigued by the uniqueness of people and the qualities they bring. So, when I switched gears in my career, looking at what made me uniquely me - what I was inherently good at, was a natural step for me.

After more than 10 years of work experience in management consulting, workshop facilitation, project and stakeholder management, I now focus on supporting people in discovering their strengths and bringing a strength-based approach to corporations and teams.

I combined all my experience from the last four years into this program and can’t wait to guide you on your strengths journey.

FAQs

 
  • Besides the 4 online group sessions and the 1:1 coaching session, you can go through the online course in your own time. The online course has 6 modules and I usually recommend to do one module in one week, though the actual time it takes to watch the videos and do the exercises should not exceed 1 hour per module.

  • No. Even though, I hope that you can join most of the sessions, of course this is not always possible. We will record the sessions, so everyone who can’t join can watch the recording in their own time.

  • The CliftonStrengths® Assessment is the basis for exploration and self-reflection we will do in this program. So yes, having the assessment results is a prerequisite to take part in this program.

  • Yes! If you have not done the assessment or only have access to your Top 5 report, I will provide you an access code for the assessment to complete it before the program starts.

  • The CliftonStrengths® Assessment is an online assessment offered by GALLUP®. It is available in the GALLUP® online shop here. For this program we work with the full CliftonStrengths® 34 report. (The Top 5 CliftonStrengths is not sufficient for our purposes). If you have the Top5 report you can upgrade to the full 34 report with GALLUP®.

  • No. This program is not a “lecture” that will teach you the details and nuances of all the 34 strengths themes. GALLUP® has a lot of resources that I link to in the course for you to dive deep into certain strengths and get to know them better. This course focuses on having you reflect on your strengths and through new inspiration and exercises make yourself more aware of your strengths and how you can use them in your day-to-day work.

  • No, the result of the CliftonStrengths® Assessment doesn't really change over time. You can take the course on a basis of a report that is even a couple of years old. If you've done the assessment before, you should be able to access the results through the GALLUP® Access site here.

  • No. In the course we work with the full 34 report of the CliftonStrengths Assessment. You can upgrade for Top 5 report with GALLUP® here.
